About Richardson Law

For over twenty years, Pam Richardson sat on the other side of the table.

She built her career representing employers — first in BigLaw, then in-house, then in leadership roles advising executives at Fortune 1000 and Global 500 companies. She was in the room when severance packages got drafted, when terminations got planned, when companies decided how much someone's departure was "worth." She knows exactly how those decisions get made because she used to help make them.

That experience is exactly why she does this work differently now.

Richardson Law represents individuals — executives and professionals navigating the hardest moments of their careers: a termination that wasn't handled right, a severance offer that doesn't reflect what they're owed, a leave request an employer failed to honor. Pam brings the same rigor she once brought to protecting companies, now aimed entirely at protecting her clients.

Why She Left the Other Side of the Table

Pam became a lawyer to help people. Representing employers for two decades taught her exactly how the system works — how leverage gets built, how decisions get made, how much most people don't realize they're entitled to. But somewhere along the way, she recognized that sitting on the employer's side of the table wasn't accomplishing what she'd set out to do when she went to law school in the first place.

Richardson Law is the correction. Pam now brings that same insider knowledge of how these decisions get made, but uses it entirely on behalf of the people affected by them.

How She Works

Pam is direct. She won't tell clients what they want to hear just to make a conversation easier. She'll tell them what she actually thinks, because that's what's useful when someone is making a decision this significant. She also knows that behind every severance negotiation or termination dispute is a real person navigating a genuinely hard moment, and she brings both the legal rigor and the human attention that moment deserves.
